Phuket On Tours provides professional airport taxi and transfer services from Phuket International Airport using Sedan / SUV, Minibus and Luxury Minivan vehicles. Our service is designed for travelers seeking a smooth, reliable, and stress-free transfer after long-haul or domestic flights, whether visiting Phuket for leisure or business.
Upon arrival, guests are transferred directly to their hotel or accommodation anywhere in Phuket. Our experienced, licensed drivers operate a 24-hour chauffeur service with clean air-conditioned vehicles. Destinations include all major Phuket areas such as Patong, Kata, Karon, Kamala, Surin, Rawai, Nai Harn, Bangtao, Laguna, Phuket Town, and selected destinations outside Phuket including Khao Lak, Ao Nang, and Krabi (available on request).
Avoid long taxi queues and uncertainty at the airport. Phuket On Tours manages all logistics in advance to ensure timely pickup, clear instructions, and dependable door-to-door service.
Meet & Greet Arrival Service
Standard airport transfers include curbside pickup at the designated airport meeting point.
An optional Meet & Greet service inside the airport arrival hall is available at an additional cost of THB 60 per booking. This service includes a driver or airport representative holding a name sign at the official airport meeting area and must be requested and confirmed in advance. Meet & Greet services are subject to airport regulations. If the Meet and Greet service is not available on the day of your flight the full amount as paid by the customer of 60 baht refund will be given back to the customer, only if the customer has paid for this service already in advance.
Flight Delays & Waiting Time
Customers must provide accurate flight details at the time of booking. Phuket On Tours does not monitor flights. Phuket On tours works on the information provided by the customer.
Delays caused by immigration procedures, baggage claim, customs inspection, or airport congestion are beyond the control of Phuket On Tours and do not qualify for refunds.
Late-Night & Early-Morning Surcharge
Transfers operating between 22:00 and 06:00 are subject to a late-night or early-morning surcharge. Applicable surcharges will be advised at the time of booking or charged on arrival if not prepaid this fee is determined on an individual basis.
No Show at Airport
A transfer will be considered a No Show if:
In the event of a No Show, the service is deemed fully provided and 100% of the transfer fee is non-refundable.
