1. Scope of Transport Services

Phuket On Tours provides transportation services for tours and activities through approved third-party transport providers. Transport availability, pickup times, and pricing are determined by location zones and vehicle type.

All pickup times are estimated and subject to traffic, weather, and operational conditions.

2. ZONE A – Included Pickup Zones (No Extra Charge)

Transport is included in the tour price for the following area (approximate pickup times will be confirmed later:

Guests must be ready at the pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

3. ZONE B – Extra-Charge Pickup Areas

For the areas listed below, transport is available via shared (join) transfer/ Private only and is subject to an additional charge, payable in cash directly to the driver on the day of travel.

Extra-Charge Zones (Join Transfer Approximately (THB 200 – 400 per person OR THB 1600 – 2500 per vehicle) depending on vehicle type/ Area/ Hotel location.

Phuket On Tours will confirm the price once your tour is booked.

Failure to pay the applicable transfer fee may result in refusal of transport without refund.

4. ZONE C – Private Transfer Zones (Mandatory Private Transport)

The following areas are not eligible for joint transfers and require private round-trip transport only. Payment must be made in cash to the driver on the day of service.

Applicable areas:

Khao Lak
Nai tai
Outside of Phuket Island

Private Round-Trip Rates (Approximately):

1–3 passengers: THB 1,800
1–6 passengers: THB 2,000
1–12 passengers: THB 2,500

Passenger numbers must be declared accurately at the time of booking.

5. Pickup Conditions & Responsibilities

Guests must be present at the confirmed pickup location on time.
Delays caused by late arrival may result in a missed pickup, with no refund.
Pickup points are typically hotel lobbies, main entrances, or designated meeting points.
Room-to-room pickup is not guaranteed.

6. Delays, Changes & Operational Rights

Phuket On Tours reserves the right to adjust pickup times or routes due to traffic conditions, weather, safety considerations, or operational requirements.

Such adjustments do not constitute grounds for compensation or refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Phuket On Tours acts solely as a booking agent for transport providers and is not responsible for delays, accidents, loss of property, or service interruptions caused by third-party operators or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Guests travel at their own risk.

8. Acceptance of Transport Terms

By confirming a booking or using transport services arranged by Phuket On Tours, guests acknowledge and accept these Transport Terms & Pickup Policies in full.

Pickup Zone Map – Area Explanation

This pickup zone guide explains how Phuket is divided for transport purposes. Zones are based on distance, travel time, and traffic patterns, not exact addresses. Your hotel’s zone determines whether transport is included, requires an extra charge, or must be booked as a private transfer.

ZONE A – Included Pickup Areas
(No Extra Charge – Joint Transfer)

These areas are located close to the main tour routes and are covered by standard shared transport.

What this means for you:

Pickup is included in your tour price
Transport is shared with other guests
Pickup times follow a fixed morning schedule
Minor delays may occur due to multiple stops

ZONE B – Extra-Charge Pickup Areas
(Joint Transfer with Supplement)

These areas are farther from central routes and require additional travel time.

Laguna / Bangtao
Rawai Beach
Sri Panwa / Cape Panwa
Naithon Beach

What this means for you:

Transport is shared with other guests
An additional pickup fee applies per person
Fee is payable in cash to the driver on the travel day
Pickup times may be earlier than central zones

ZONE C – Private Transfer Only Areas
(Mandatory Private Round-Trip Transfer)

These locations are outside standard shared transport routes and are not eligible for join transfers.

Private Transfer Only Areas:

Nai Yang
Nai Thon
Mai Khao
Paklok

What this means for you:

Shared transport is not available
Private round-trip transport is required
Pricing is based on vehicle size and number of passengers
Payment is made in cash to the driver on the day of service

Important Notes About Pickup Zones

Zone classification is determined by hotel location, not beach name alone
Some resorts or villas may fall into a higher zone despite nearby landmarks
Pickup times are estimates and subject to traffic and weather conditions
Guests must be ready at the pickup point at least 10 minutes early
